Before the new year 2023, I encountered an accident for the first time. I couldn't get through to the agent who handled the accident (as it turned out later, she was on vacation). I called the office itself, and the guy on the other end of the line answered with undisguised displeasure, and asked if I had a certificate. I didn't understand what it was about (as it turned out later, the traffic police issues a certificate to someone who is not to blame for the accident). He replied that if there was no insurance, then there would be no insurance, and hung up. To say that I was blown away by this is an understatement. They didn't even give me the opportunity to ask how to fill out the Euro protocol (later it wasn't needed because the second participant was on the organization's car, and I had to call the traffic police).
