I love Dyson equipment and am a regular customer. Received Dyson as a gift less than a year ago. The hair dryer stopped turning on in less than 30 times. When calling the official distributor, they said that they did not repair under warranty in two points. Emirates Mall and Dubai Mall refused. Personally, the paid warranty service was denied, the reason was not specified. Fraudsters work. They sell a disposable product and refuse service. The consultant had a disgruntled face, rolled her eyes and reluctantly did everything, often distracted. Roughly speaking, the service is terrible! When asked about a gift in the form of a comb, she said that only models have more expensive combs as a gift. I do not recommend this store in Dubai, it may be different in other malls.

Great store! Super service! Customer service is excellent! If you are buying for use in Russia, pay attention to the outlet. We need adapters.
