The coffee island has deteriorated, to put it mildly. Everything is broken, muddy at 11 a.m. on Thursday. There are no coffee stands with you, and the so-called "barista" doesn't know where they might be. Kaneli's pastry would be better called an Ember.... this is not a thin crust of caramel, but a full-fledged burnt crust of bread. It's a pity, it wasn't a bad place before, but really "alas, all our meetings of separation are destined."

It is impossible to catch coffee ice cream, I come every time and every time there are some problems with the device (it is broken/does not work). The situation is the same with other locations (my husband called all the coffee shops and got the same negative response, some baristas didn't even understand what he was asking) Withdraw the position if you cannot ensure its uninterrupted availability. (If it was a one-time promotion, then there would be no review)

We were with my husband on 07/30/25 in the evening, we always go to this coffee shop when we are in Dana. And they left without even coffee. Two unfriendly girls worked, there was 1 person in front of us, his order was accepted, and we were just ignored for 5 minutes, washing dishes, etc. No one came up, I even sat down at the bar to wait while they did the dishes. By the way, about the bar counter: glasses, straws, a trash can, napkins, etc. were put on it, and all this stuff takes up half of the bar counter. Besides, the trash can smells unpleasant. It's not clear why they put it all up like that, because these things weren't on the bar before and there was more space. Anyway, they went to a nearby coffee shop, annoyed. And I don't recommend Lavazza anymore.
