Это обман. Деньги берут авансом: 100-процентная оплата материала плюс сразу треть стоимости работ. При этом работы только начинают для видимости, потом все затухает. Даже то, что успевают сделать до окончания срока договора, делается некачественно, приходится потом переделывать. Нанимают джамшутов за 3 копейки, те делают кое-как.
