A chain restaurant in the Mega shopping center. Spacious room, high traffic capacity. Almost full landing. It is clear that the establishment is popular. We visited the institution several times. We ordered a lot of dishes, everything is very tasty. There is a music program. The staff is attentive and courteous. I recommend you to visit!

Alpysbai Darkhan, the waiter, asked me to write a review. Okay: an honest review of the reception at the institution. What I liked: the courtesy of the staff, the fast serving of dishes, and the good quality of the food. If you don't want to eat fast food at a nearby food court, you can easily come here and have a good meal, there is a large selection of dishes. What I didn't like: several times during the meal, the waiter came up and asked if we liked everything. It happened so fast that it interrupted the eating process and I had to respond with my mouth full, which created discomfort. To be honest, I would not like someone to suddenly come up and ask something during a meal - it spoils the impression (or it should be done as tactfully as possible, watching the client). On food: I didn't like the sliced cheese at all, and the young man didn't like the bitter apache tea (I was OK). There was also a smell of paint in the restaurant during our visit - we were very hungry and stayed, at another time we would have chosen a different place. Overall, we ate well, but there was a sense of some kind of commotion, where everyone was in a hurry. Even at the end, the waiter is too insistent on asking for feedback, which is confusing and difficult to refuse after eating.

Были с сегодня, 7.01.2025, с другом в этом филиале. Это единственное место во всей меге где можно было позавтракать в 10:10, остальные заведения только готовились открываться, хотя написано что работают с 10. Заказали омлет и яичницу с сосисками, чай, самсу и салат. Самса с курицей просто бомба. Вкусно сочно. Вообще вкусно всё, как и в других филиалах. НО НАШУ ЯИЧНИЦУ И ОМЛЕТ ГОТОВИЛИ 40 МИНУТ)) Это второй раз когда в данной сети ресторанов, приходится ждать 40 минут. Первый мой подобный отзыв был по филиалу на Абая-Туркебаева. Я конечно не помазанник божий, но именно мне не везёт с Наватом)) Ещё один минус столовый приборник, для приборов, мне попался в пятнах и остатках пищи. Неприятно.
