I would like to express my gratitude to Marina, an employee of ZHB, for her professionalism and efficiency in resolving my issue related to the conclusion of a housing balance agreement. Despite the fact that the request required clarification of data for previous periods, Marina quickly got her bearings in the program, provided a full transcript of charges and detailed payments. Separately, I would like to note her attentive attitude to details: she not only gave out dry figures, but also explained all the risks. Thanks to her competence, the issue was closed within one visit. I recommend Marina as a competent specialist who knows how to work with people and documentation.

We joined the Housing Balance PC in 2019 and were very satisfied! They were looking for a way to buy an apartment, but the high loan rates were scary. What attracted me to the cooperative is that you can safely accumulate the necessary amount. Advantages: No crazy interest rates, like in a bank. Payments are comfortable, although they vary. Service: Managers explain everything in detail at the start, answer all questions, and have a transparent contract. Bottom line: The apartment has already been bought out. If you are ready to wait for the accumulation stage, this is the best option with minimal overpayment! Thank you for your help in solving the housing issue!".
