Drozdy Beach 2, Minsk: a place where you want to return! Honestly, when they told me "let's go to Drozdy," I shrugged my shoulders — well, the beach is in the city, what could it be? An hour later, I was already there, looking at the island in the middle of the water and thinking: why didn't I know about this place before? What immediately catches on Blackbirds No. 2 is that rare case when you don't have to go out of town to feel like you're on vacation. The beach is hidden by a Quiet street, but it feels like it's gone far from Minsk. Water, sand, greenery, an island on the horizon and a view of Lebyazhy are the pictures that you want to save to the gallery. The sand is soft, the entrance to the water is gentle — thanks for that if you are with children. For kids, they fenced off part of the water area with a pontoon, it turned out to be almost a "frog house". Infrastructure is a strong point. Sun beds. There are really a lot of them — you can sunbathe without a mat. Children's and volleyball courts — there is something for both children and adults to do. The pier. You can sit by the water or jump — it's fun and safe, with rescuers on duty nearby. A shower and a faucet with water — you can refresh yourself and wash off the sand. A fast food cafe right on the beach: hot dogs, corn, ice cream. And now honestly about the cons There are no perfect places, and there is something to prepare for. It's crowded in the heat. On a weekday in July, there is nowhere to fall, cars park in pockets along the roads, and the speakers with music from young people are blaring so that "quiet rest" turns into a mini-festival. There are few umbrellas. It's hard to find a shadow, so take yours, otherwise you'll turn into a baked apple by lunchtime. The water is not always clear. Due to the influx of people, it gets cloudy, so lovers of crystal purity should come in the morning or on weekdays. Who will get in? If you want to travel quickly, without a car, and comfortably, this is your option. You can get there by public transport, transport stops nearby at the Minsk Arena. Family—friendly because of the shallow water and playgrounds. For those who like active recreation — because of the bike path that stretches along the coast. My score is 9 out of 10. The minus point is for parking.
