The service is non-customer-oriented, the owner of the car keeps in touch with the master himself, you can't wait for the call yourself. What price is not discussed in advance, the order-outfit is not offered in words, apparently. In general, do not waste your time and effort looking for specialized craftsmen and an authorized service center.

Therefore, I advise both potential clients and the guys themselves.: Make a short before-after photo report, this will calm the client down, and ideally also write out an order for an outfit listing everything that was done with the car. In this case, the customer will have a clear understanding of what they are paying for. The prices are adequate, the website is excellent, the craftsmen are good, there are little things left and there will be reinforced concrete 5 stars!
