A young girl designer created a design for our bathroom in a matter of minutes, laid out the tiles very competently and economically. All the tiles were in stock and the movers and delivery guys loaded and delivered to the apartment at a convenient time for us. I recommend this showroom store "Keramin". The store offers the product in installments. We arrive two days later, and they tell us that there is no one who can arrange this service. The store's working hours are until 20:00 . I urgently needed this product, I found an opportunity to buy it for cash, but even then I was told that the warehouse would be open until 19:00 and I would not receive it today . This caused me significant inconvenience and negatively affected my impression of your store. In accordance with your promotional offer, I expected timely and professional service, however, unfortunately, this did not happen. I ask you to review this incident and take measures to improve the quality of customer service. Review the operating mode of your store and the provision of services to customers.
