I always get into the position of employees, there is always a human factor, etc. Someone will think that this is a quibble. But standing and waiting for 25 minutes to be served is too much. At least indicate the time the employee left, the phone number where you can contact and other things.
Everything can be understood, but this is not understandable! In the modern world, when time is valuable, no one appreciates it except himself..
