I want to say about “premium lounge” service, it’s very small room, 3-7 seats are busy often, and you must stay in queue 😬 what is “premium” in this service?? It’s cost 50 euros.. staffs work slow, and you should wait more than 40 mins for your turn. Awful.

They immediately issued papers for additional services. She clarified the cost of the SMS notification (she read in the reviews that it costs 3 euros) and whether it was necessary, the employee shrugged her shoulders and went to ask someone. Then I went to clarify something a few more times - as a result, it turned out that this was some kind of intern and she checked our documents for 1.5 hours. 🤯🤯🤯 I put my passport and my daughter's documents in a folder and sent them to biometrics, so I had to run to the other end of the center to catch up with my daughter and change passports. Be prepared that they need a copy of your passport (additionally, in addition to those that you already have in the package), if not available, they will do it for 1 euro (for 1 page). You can safely refuse SMS notifications, especially if these are several passports of the same family, you still receive one SMS message, its content: "Your documents have been sent to the Avtolaitexpress courier service." And then you receive an SMS from the courier service with the delivery time and the driver's phone number.

I am very grateful to the staff of the visa application center for their well-coordinated work. All the stages of submitting documents were organized at a good level. I would like to note separately that all the windows were open on the day of my visit, so there was not the slightest queue or delay. The staff was polite and competent, they helped to check the completeness of the documents. Everything went quickly and comfortably.
