I have experience working with different banks, but this is the first time I've seen such an attitude. Complete lack of customer orientation. The feeling is that the work is very exclusively for fines from legal entities. The managers of the leasing department absolutely do not lead their clients, they only inundate them with fines, and they do it on the sly - through letters to the post office, although all communication is built in messengers. They change the terms of the agreement and do not inform you. I think this is unacceptable.

At first, I liked this bank. Consultants, though soulless, are competent specialists. I opened a deposit without any problems, but replenishing it becomes a challenge every time. Waiting for a specialist can take up to 40 minutes, as everything happens at the speed of a turtle.

I do not recommend this bank. The customer orientation is minimal! To get through to specialists who are "busy", get ready to spend at least 30 minutes listening to music. I also do not advise you to become a borrower in this bank, you will pay interest for early repayment!(this is the first time we've encountered this) You also don't have to look at the contract, the amount billed there and the actual amount billed by them is different on a monthly basis (higher than indicated in the contract)!
