The staff is wonderful, and the manager is just a sweetheart. The only disadvantage of the entire post office, and not just this branch, is that they stopped accepting card payments in the information kiosk.

There used to be very long queues. Now on 11.11.2023 there are practically no queues. I received a parcel by express mail - 2 times they called and reminded me to pick it up

Of course, what immediately catches your eye is the huge queues. In ordinary offices, about 2-3 windows are open all the time, but here only occasionally a second window is opened, which is why queues can reach as far as the nail salon opposite. There are no complaints about anything else. I just don't want to waste so much time.
