1.5 years ago, I purchased a computer mouse from the Strela store and it stopped working, I contacted the store and was told that we could not help another legal entity. They gave me the number of another person, they said it wasn't our legal entity either, you were improperly consulted. In the end, they both decided that they had nothing to do with the mouse they bought in Strela. I don't recommend the store

Two years ago, I bought an iPad at the Strela store in Mogilev, and at the same time I issued an extended warranty. When I moved to Grodno and saw that Strela had opened here, I decided to contact this store again, but this time for a gaming laptop. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the extended warranty issued in Mogilev is valid here! This is a really cool system that works in all stores of the chain. Thanks to this, I was able to save more than one hundred rubles when buying a laptop. The service, as always, is excellent: the consultants helped to choose a powerful model, explained all the nuances and made the purchase process as comfortable as possible. Strela is a store that cares about its customers! I sincerely wish the company prosperity, because there are so few stores left that are so attentive and responsible to their customers.
