Before the course, I only went to group strength training, but I wanted to work out in the gym. Therefore, I went to Anastasia's "Self-trainer" course to understand the simulators, exercise techniques, learn how to make up workouts on my own, and also better understand the basics of nutrition. The course turned out to be clear and useful, without too much water. Now I feel much more confident in the gym.Anastasia was very comfortable to study with, she explains the material in an accessible and understandable way. The price is too high for such a shabby gym, there is not enough space, simulators are shoved into all places and in the end it turns out that you have to climb through all the others to get to the right simulator, collecting all the walls with your back and shoulders, the quality and wear of the simulators also leaves much to be desired, in general the price is bent and for what it is not clear, competitors have the same price The price is complete comfort
