I had a really disappointing experience at 202 Alternatives. They don’t even serve proper tea – they give you diluted juice instead, which is absurd for a coffee shop. The coffee was no better, tasting weak and watery, definitely not worth the price. To top it off, the staff was incredibly rude, addressing customers in an overly familiar way, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
How to name a person who behaves like that, you decide for yourself.
I'll just describe the situation.
A guy of Slavic appearance works behind the counter. I ask for his menu. He shows me a piece of paper on which the name of the products and the price are written in English and something is not legibly written on top in English.
I order a latte for 1500 AMD and wait. He cooks it and charges me 1700.
When asked why there are more than in the menu, he says that these 200 drams are important to you. I honestly told him that he was not behaving very correctly. But the guy said that all the prices on the menu are old and the top is written clumsily by hand that the prices are old.
In general, I do not recommend anyone to go there.
Because they cheat there.
The most interesting thing is when did English become the official language in Armenia?
The management of the coffee shop should reconsider its policy.
The most delicious coffee in Yerevan. The ideal temperature. Not burned out. Insanely delicious nuts - even in childhood they were not so tasty :))
Pleasant service, fast delivery - I highly recommend it.
Update on 03/20/23: very messed up. Either the grain has been changed, or the new baristas do not have such a rich experience. The last four times have been a complete failure, and each time for different reasons: sometimes it is too sweet, then it is heavily diluted, then it is hot, then instead of oatmeal milk they make it on regular
The only barista, in order to please the person at the checkout and make cold coffee, goes to the supermarket to buy ice.
I'm standing in line behind this man.…
Probably, the first customer is pleased and he believes that the institution is very customer-oriented. I think the opposite is true. Moreover, why is there no ice in the coffee shop on very hot days at 13:00, that you need to go after it without apologizing to other visitors in any way?
The best coffee shop in Yerevan. Excellent specialty coffee, friendly baristas, nice to sit and relax from a walk) And also very tasty nuts with condensed milk and croissants.
I recommend. A good coffee shop, they know how to brew coffee and there are many ways of brewing. They also work normally with milk. There are goodies too

You have read a lot of reviews "this is the best coffee in Yerevan". So this is really the best one! Great guys are working. Good music in the background. It's very light. Delicious nuts, waffles and pastries. There is a place to sit. A place of attraction for friendly and beautiful people. Thank you very much 202! We love you very much. 🫰🏻
I do not recommend it. The baristas are excellent, the coffee is good, but the owner of the coffee shop does not fulfill his promises to the staff, which is why half of the starting staff has already quit. Alas, it all started very well:(

The coffee is delicious, but the glasses and lids certainly leave much to be desired (( Coffee leaked while walking from under the lid and a few drops got on my light jeans
