User K. The DUGA air defense radar is an unfinished project of the secret town of Chernobyl 2. She was not involved in missile detection, the USSR tried to make such a scheme, but it did not work due to various problems. If people completed this antenna now, it would be 4 times weaker than a modern radar in the 21st century.
