Horror. The attitude is terrible. Maybe because I'm Russian. But that's not the case. We accepted the order, I specified, ice latte on banana. (There was nothing drug-free, but okay...) We started making regular lattes. I say, I want an ice latte, not a regular latte. as a result, we just poured iced milk and a little coffee from what was left from the shot for a regular latte. the order was not accepted normally. They didn't cook properly. They didn't even smile. There is no taste of coffee in coffee. I just drink banana milk.

Не знаю почему у этой точки такой ризкий рейтинг, я заходил туда уже примерно 5 раз и ни разу не столкнулся с плохим отношением к клиентам. Да, они иногда путают что-то с заказом, но для того там и стоит экранчик на кассе, чтобы видеть что они пробивают. Людей обычно вокруг достаточно много, нужно немного подождать своей очереди. А напитки вкусные, к качеству товара претензий вообще никаких. Жасминовый улун с молоком и средним уровнем сахара - вообще отдельный вид искусства. В общем советую к посещению

It's delicious, BUT every time I come for a drink, there's no queue... but all 2-3 employees are standing and chatting after taking the order, the last time I waited 15 minutes for the order because of the chatter of all the employees. Apparently, there are interesting topics every time.
