I went into the studio with a completely routine request — to hem a dress. She greeted me and told me what I needed. Since I don't speak Georgian, I applied in Russian. In response, it is absolutely ignored. They looked at me and, without saying a word, just continued to work, as if the person in front of them did not exist at all. It is absolutely normal not to know Russian. But the lack of a common language does not prevent you from saying hello, responding in Georgian, saying "I do not understand," or at least making a gesture to show that you cannot help. You don't need to know either Russian or English to do this — just the usual respect for another person is enough. It is especially strange to see such an attitude in the service sector, when a person comes to you himself and is ready to pay for your work. After this behavior, I did not have the slightest desire to use the services of this studio. She turned around and went to a place where at least the customers were greeted and treated like human beings. An extremely unpleasant impression. I don't recommend it.
