I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of this pick-up point. Employees behave rudely, talk to visitors in an inappropriate tone and are completely unable to communicate with customers. Instead of polite service, it feels like the visitors are bothering them. The service leaves an extremely unpleasant impression. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service and work with the staff.
