Не знаю по какому адресу писать, сегодня напишу здесь. Меня просто распирает от негодования. Моим наушникам Jbl около 6 месяцев, с ними что-то не то, они не заряжаются, хотя лампочка заряд показывает и они загораются но не конектятся или конектятся через раз. Я сдала их в сервис 5 элемента, через неделю мне вернули с заключением, что поврежден разъём тайп си водой или химическими веществами. Наушники у меня никогда нигде не тонули за пол года, ванную я с ними не принимала, если где-то какая-то капля попала случайно, из-за этого что ли все уже? И то не факт далеко, что попала. Суть в том, что я с ними ничего не делала, тем более намерено. Меня отправили из сервиса со словами ну не знаем, заключение вот такое вот, звоните туда, где была экспертиза. Предыдущим моим наушникам, этой же фирмы 5 лет было, вот там вода где нигде попадала , работали как положено столько лет. А здесь что? При чем заряд показывает, когда подключается кабель, как дело может было в разъеме?
