Disgusting service! You specify the address when ordering, but for some reason the system sends a completely different geolocation to the courier. As a result, they try to convince you that you entered the data incorrectly. Then why does the "address" field exist at all, if the service spontaneously sets its own geometry? Couriers behave rudely, support does not care at all that the client has problems - instead of solving the issues, they simply close the correspondence!

Terrible service!! I've been waiting for 1.5 hours for the order, so far the courier hasn't reached the restaurant, during this time I could have driven myself, eaten and returned back! Then what's the point of your 💩 service!!! 😡😡😡 The saddest thing is, none of the managers even called, apologized for being late, and offered compensation until I wrote to support myself and offered to return the unfortunate 600tg! I called the restaurant, they say your order costs more than 1 hour! This is terrible! That's how food can go bad in this heat!
