Very cool! Calm, cozy, fast and comfortable! I always do this: I select an AirChina route on the Internet (as a rule, the Internet issues connecting flights very inconveniently! Then (only on Wednesdays) I arrive at 9:30 and quietly take tickets for the flights I need! I discovered this method two years ago and I can't get enough of it!

Thank you so much to Anastasia's specialist for their help, we had a difficult situation, Anastasia was always in touch, even on weekends, and answered a million of our questions. You can get an answer in the mail within a day, guaranteed, so if you can't get through, it's better to write (the phone is only available if there are no passengers and other questions about flight, that's how the representative office explained it). Before coming, it is better to write to them by mail, as the ticket office does not always work (as we understand, the representative office prioritizes providing flights, rather than ticket sales or support, as on a hotline).
