The master cut it noticeably higher (about 3-4 cm above the eyebrow). The master simply does not understand what "up to the eyebrow" means and how much it is in centimeters. They should study the ruler and learn how to measure the distance from the eyebrow, rather than cutting it "by eye." We won't come again.
