Can't recommend this Tour Provider - the customer Service is horrible. Today Tuesday the 17 and the Colleagues of Banana Tours just decided to go home earlier. So when I got to the office ( 16:30) nobody was working anymore...shame!! What Service provider are you???...than back to KK Tours....at least they're working on the times posted on their Website!

Had to cancel last minute due to sudden illness. The guide was informed in advance. When I reached out to ask about their cancellation policy which was never provided at booking I was met with silence and false accusations. Disappointing customer service.

Visit Banana tours and booked tour from here....but what i was told in office and what was offered is different ....they dont have basic amenities like proper toilet and bathroom in their package...
