At least 3 times they came to buy, all 3 times they communicated with us arrogantly and with rudeness, the characteristics and answers to the questions had to be pulled out like "ticks". Plus, he still doesn't know the store's own assortment (line and size grid, and which brands are available in which sizes). And after each product clarification, she repeated verbatim, "medical supplies are not exchangeable or refundable." There are no questions about the assortment. But work with the seller at this point of sale. P.S. In other stores, the benefits of consultation and interaction with the Consultant were excellent.
