Many thanks to the entire White Whale company team for their well-honed and well-thought-out work on bringing cars to order. All the promises were fulfilled clearly, the car arrived exactly on time. We were very worried, because it is always very difficult to find a really neat and well-groomed used car, but after seeing the approach and the amount of information when selecting it, it was heartily relieved - the car arrived exactly as we expected, as it was in the report and in the photo, no one hid anything and even on the contrary, specifically pointed out that small imperfections and flaws that other companies usually always hide! It was a pleasure to work, no hassle, the guys did everything turnkey for us, and we got a nice and clean car near the office.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the White Whale team for their professionalism and efficiency. I ordered the flagship hybrid AITO M9 through them. The task was not an easy one: it was necessary to have time to bring and arrange the car before January 1 due to rumors about a change in legislation on customs clearance of hybrids. I chose White Whale for three reasons: - Price: Offered really competitive conditions in the market. - Speed: Instant feedback, managers are always in touch (the company has offices in both Belarus and China, which greatly simplifies communication). - Recommendation: A friend has already ordered through them and was satisfied. The delivery process was not complete without external force majeure, which did not depend on the guys, but it was here that White Whale proved themselves to be real pros. In order to meet the deadlines and not let them down, the company even paid extra from its own funds so that the car could get on the train, which was sure to arrive on time. Customs and documents: I would like to say a special thank you for organizing the registration process. White Whale has very good partners.: - The documents for customs were prepared in advance and without errors. - The customs agent worked accurately and promptly, without unnecessary delays. Everything went like clockwork, which allowed us to pick up the car exactly when promised. Bottom line: The car arrived on time, all obligations were fulfilled in full (all ordered extras were either installed or were in the car). Now I am a happy owner of the AITO M9 and I can confidently recommend White Whale as an honest and responsible supplier.
