A nightmarish organization of a store with a counter and a salesman who, when a group arrives, starts rushing around, not having time to serve all the customers. Branded clothes are impossible to touch. As a result, everything turns into screaming chaos. The saleswoman went to the other end of the counter when I asked her to show me a windbreaker, but she was instantly intercepted, and after a few minutes of waiting, I waved my hand and left. That's the customer experience. As a feedback to BelAZ: souvenir shops are usually organized according to the principle of free access of customers to the product, with a cash register at the exit. This way you simplify the seller's work and make the purchase process easier for customers. Especially when you don't have individual buyers, but there are always an influx of groups. The area of your trading floor is sufficient for this.

The store at the factory is much better, and there is a larger assortment. What's cool about this particular store is the gorgeous pie shop, I recommend it! :) after the tour, we stuffed ourselves with pies from the bottom of our hearts

A beautiful pavilion in the center of Zhodino. Always friendly staff, prompt and advise. I was pleased with the huge range of souvenir products from small things like magnets and pens to large dump truck models. We've been here 3 times and each time we found something new in style:-wow
