Unreliable communications from the staff. We made a few message exchanges with a staff both through a call verbally and through texts over whatsapp to confirm a call appointment. As the appointment was setup, we therefore started to make call to get the consultation going. Yet, very unprofessionally without a prior notice, we were stood up by the staff at the scheduled appointment when we were supposed to go over our investment requirements with Anton over a call. This demonstrated the lack of organization of business operations at the GPI. Disappointing. Stay away.
