I used to use it a lot, the service was excellent, then I returned to the country and decided to use it. It was something. There is no longer the same 1-hour delivery as before. I made an order from the site, As a result, 2.5 hours have passed, nothing has been sent, I'm calling, they can't connect two words, they hang up and only after the call they started doing something, after another 20 minutes they called back and said they would send it in 10 minutes, but even then they were deceived, the order was sent only in 30 minutes, the same a postcard with a signature was added to the site, they didn't put it down and they didn't bring it at all like in the photo. Will I order from them again? Definitely not anymore. The service and quality that were 2 years ago have died.

In general, the service has become terrible, I do not recommend it. The bouquets are not the same as in the photo. Orders are processed for hours, no postcard is placed, bouquets are not delivered on time. Therefore, if you want not to spoil your mood and someone's holiday, I recommend using another service.
