I wanted to buy perfume, I thought the seller would help with the choice, but she did not advise in any way, did not help, answered rudely, I just stood and sniffed everything that was there and thought how to sniff out something as soon as possible, buy and leave here, while this woman stood and looked at me with a displeased face. I will not go to such a seller a second time!

Hello. I bought perfumes on January 10 at the address: Minsk, Independence Avenue, 3/2. A dark-haired woman worked. She has disgusting behavior towards visitors: absolute lack of customer orientation, indifference to customers, no help with the choice and a boorish attitude. Please do something with your employee, as the attitude towards the customer who was standing in line behind me was identical. The product is good, but the behavior of the staff completely kills the desire to buy in this store.

I came to Stolitsa shopping center and the consultant girl was able to smooth out this trouble and kindly replaced the sprayer, she turned out to be very pleasant in communication) Now I continue to use the same fragrance. I won't be able to take off the stars anymore , because the problem was solved very quickly.
