We came to the mall with the kids to have fun. My son really wanted to shoot at the shooting range, because last year we met a wonderful employee, whom he still fondly remembered. This time, the impression was completely ruined. We paid for several games, both for adults and for children (for about 100 rubles). After the shooting, my son was very pleased, and we praised him. When the child said he was done, she handed him a prize, a small snake toy, without checking the result. A happy child came running to me to show me his “winnings”. And then the employee sharply shouted: "STOP! You didn't get in! DRIVE back!" The child silently handed over the toy with a smile, but it was obvious how upset he was. He turned away so that no one could see his emotions. The most unpleasant thing is that the employee did not even apologize for her mistake. After all, she was the one who first gave out the prize without checking the result, and then took it away in front of everyone. It's been a few days now, and my son still remembers this situation and asks why they did this to him. For an adult, this may seem like a small thing, but for a child, such an attitude leaves a very unpleasant mark. I ask the management to pay attention to the work of the staff and contact me. The whole incident was completely recorded on video, as we were shooting material for a YouTube blog that day. I really hope that an inspection will be carried out and such situations will not happen again. It's not about the cost of the toy, but about the basic respect for children and the responsibility of employees for their actions.
