I visited an institution with friends the other day. The food is good, only that some positions were missing for some reason. The drinks there are very tasty and I really like it. But the staff is not very good, maybe they are newbies and do not work for long. They don't remember the order at all, even though they write it down, they don't bring what they ordered, even though they poked their finger right on the menu. The dishes are not cleaned on time, they bring an extra order, but there is nowhere to put it. The desserts don't arrive at the same time, so it's fine if they also informed you that your order will be delivered now, but no, not a single word, considering how they take orders, you have to guess whether they recorded it or not. In general, the place would not be bad if it weren't for the service.

Thank you very much! I really liked the service - polite and pleasant waiters. We stopped by for dinner just before closing, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the staff. Delicious food and tea. Pleasant environment, clean and quiet. It's nice to come with a child.

I don't even know what good things can be written except delicious pizza and courteous service... The pizza was really great and I didn't have to wait long. We ordered more coffee, a milkshake, and a cheesecake. Everything was really delicious. But as in most medium-sized establishments, tables with crumbs, someone's receipt is near the table, and the plates are removed only if you ask. If you don't ask, they'll pass by asking if everything's okay. Good, of course, but no more thanks)) Let's hope that everything will get better and your meal will be more enjoyable!
