When opening a card, they charge insurance for 50 rubles, and then it turns out a week later that suddenly you didn't pay the entire commission at the opening (40 rubles for an urgent opening) and the bill is suspended. Everything is for the people... What is Alpha slag in the Russian Federation, what is in the Republic of Belarus. On my next visit to RB, I will close my Alpha account and will never have anything to do with them again. It's a cheap question, but even on this scale, they've ruined their reputation.
