This is one of the best perfume boutiques I've been to. This is a real Parthmanian paradise, I didn't want to leave! A huge selection of fragrances, the design of the store is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is exquisite, high-quality and beautiful, the consultant girls are responsive and unobtrusive. Overall, I like the store: the brands are interesting, the design is good, and the concept is good, but the staff is just terrible.
If you need to drive consultants away from yourself, then when you get to certain employees, you still need to manage to get them to give you advice. You will be appreciated at least immediately by your appearance, and further behavior in your direction will depend on how expensively and stylishly you are dressed.
At the time of the emergency, not a single probe was included in the order for 1000 rubles with delivery.
On the same emergency, 2 samples were placed on a pickup order, but the order itself was not available at the store in the Gallery shopping center at the right time, and the consultant suggested going to the Castle shopping center to pick it up. Then a courier went to pick him up, but he didn't take him with him, and I had to wait another hour for them to pick him up a second time.
Or at the beginning of January, there was a purchase of a fragrance for almost 600 rubles. Ksenia Guest did not offer any samples, but simply plopped the purchase down on the counter, although, as I noticed, most of the employees come out from behind the counter and, facing the customer, hand him the purchase. That is, there is one attitude towards the previous customer, but another towards me? And then the purchase the other day, this time Ksenia offers a sample for a penny order, and even advises something and justifies her choice. Well, I think the quality of service is finally creeping up. And immediately after that, she plops the order bag on the counter again.
Consultants somehow work better in the Castle shopping center than in the Gallery.

a great store, a lot of cool perfumes, a good choice, a great place if you need to get acquainted with the flavors, but I personally would not buy their products there because of too much margin
