I recently returned from the Minsk - London tour organized by Global Travel and was impressed! Organization: Everything was at a high level – from the transfer to the hotel. The time was planned so that we could see all the key sights. Guide: Our guide was a real professional. She not only shared interesting facts about the city, but also answered all our questions. Program: The tour program was rich and varied. We visited Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, the British Museum, the National Gallery, the Tower of London and many other iconic places. We also visited Oxford. We went on a trip a day earlier than the date indicated on the website, so as not to miss the plane. Overall, I was pleased with the trip and recommend GlobalTrevel for those who want to discover London!

In August 2025, our long-awaited trip to Bulgaria with the Global Travel agency took place. A round-trip bus tour with an excursion program was announced (if possible). The return route has changed, there was an airfare + a regular bus. The overall impression of the tour is very warm, like the Black Sea! The tour was more than budget friendly, the hotel was 3 stars. With our modest budget, we traveled with certain goals (rest at sea, sun, beach, change of scenery), so our mood for rest was important. And we were positive. We liked the modest, monotonous breakfasts (omelet, boiled sausage, lots of tomatoes and cucumbers, hot cocoa, peach/nectarine- what else could be tastier for breakfast?!), the lack of excursions along the route was compensated by the desire to get to the sea as soon as possible and comfortable seating on the bus. Alina, who accompanied the group, was friendly, patient, open-minded, and answered thousands of our questions. I also liked the modest hotel room. The main thing was that there was an air conditioner, a dryer on the balcony (!), and a refrigerator in the room. Clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool nearby. We crossed the border super-fast on the way to Bulgaria! The agency came up with a "knight's move", and we didn't have to wait in line for several days, which is a big plus! But returning home on a regular bus was not very comfortable. I had to wait several hours for all the passengers who were stuck at the security check. If the bus was an excursion bus, the process of crossing the border would be faster. As far as I understand, the route is relatively new, so there were some delays on the way back (air + bus). I would like to note the work of the agency's staff, who instantly resolved the situations that arose (after arriving in Warsaw, the group deposited the luggage, we had free time, and the employee promptly resolved the issue of baggage payment, the agency paid for the storage). The agency was in touch with the group via messenger. Clear instructions from Alyona's manager, no hidden fees, all amounts were paid clearly (everything that was specified in the program), assistance in obtaining a visa. The only thing is, we had to pay extra for the luggage on the plane on the way back. There was an overlay with the baggage format (the company offered one baggage option, later it turned out that it was possible to arrange another type of baggage, cheaper for us, but it was too late). Recommendation: do not hesitate to ask questions to the manager. It seemed to me that I had asked a lot of them, but as it turned out, the important thing was still missing. Drivers Dmitry and Alexey: they were always in a cheerful mood, helped us load our luggage, and delivered us safely along serpentines and narrow roads. It was stated that the hotel would have Wi-Fi, but it only worked at the reception. We found a way out: we connected a local SIM card. As a result: we are rested, bought up, tanned, and we managed to change the situation. We were determined to have a great vacation. I really enjoyed my vacation in Bulgaria: warm shallow sea, sandy beach, many shops and cafes near the hotel. Global Travel, thank you for our restored nerves

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Global Travel travel company (manager Chelyadyuk Alina) for the impeccable organization of a trip to Italy! Everything was clearly organized and thought out to the smallest detail: from visa support to convenient transportation, comfortable hotels and an interesting excursion program. Special words of gratitude and admiration to our guide Vladimir Tkachenko for the amazing escort! His deep knowledge of the country's history and culture and local traditions made the trip special and fascinating. Interesting stories, audio and video accompaniment, attentive and friendly approach to every tourist, a great sense of humor – thanks to him, our trip became not only informative, but also very comfortable, despite some inconveniences of traveling by bus. Movies, music, congratulations to the anniversaries, additional excursions (I recommend!), sweet congratulations to all women on March 8 - by the end of the trip we felt like one big team. Thanks to the Global Travel travel company for their professionalism and inspiration – the trip left vivid impressions. We plan to continue traveling with you.
