Yesterday, on 07/11/25, I ran in to cut my bangs, there was one master, or who she was, I still didn't understand, to be honest, because she was without a working uniform. I asked if I could cut my bangs , and I said yes . I showed what I needed (what I was like before), said everything was fine. God , and the nightmare began , she "robbed " me so much that I was completely shocked , crookedly , obliquely , cut a hole in the middle of my bangs . I could barely hold back my tears, and then I had to look for a master in other hairdressers to at least correct her a little. She doesn 't know how to cut hair at all . I don't recommend this barbershop.

I paid 60 rubles for the curls. I showed the master the photo, which curls I want, - the master nodded her head affirmatively. And several times I focused on what I wanted, because I was extremely afraid to come home and wash my hair before my graduation. I got curls like a first-grader on a school ruler, and they didn't look well-groomed at all. The hairstyle did not hold at all and by the end of the evening was already half alive. Although the master said that she would hold on for a few days. In general, I could make the same curls for myself for free. I was surprised that the salon set itself a price on a par with the cool studios.

Good afternoon. I signed up at this salon for a highlighting procedure. My choice fell on the California highlights. The master looked at the photo, discussed with me what result I would like and started working. As a person who is not a hairdresser and only roughly understands how highlighting is done, I fully trusted the master. And only when we were already washing off the clarifier, the master bothered to inform me that she had decided to make me a complex staining, because such a result, as I showed in the photo, can only be achieved in this way. The price list indicates that highlighting costs from 60p. Complex coloring - from 180p. I have a few questions.: 1. Why was I not immediately warned that the cost would increase by 3 times (and in fact by all 4). 2. Why did the master not inform me before the procedure that we would do something completely different from what I signed up for. 3. I found out the final cost (282p) at the very end. And what if I didn't have that amount with me? I understand everything. Perhaps, indeed, the result that was in the photo could only be achieved with the help of complex coloring. Well, they would have reported it right away and offered an alternative. And they didn't start doing something for themselves. I really hope that I will receive at least some kind of response from the salon administration, otherwise I will be forced to act differently.
