31.05.2026. Bilga beach is dirty, there is a lot of garbage, all kinds of sticks brought from the sea. The water is cloudy. Nobody cleans anything. Other beaches are no better. Compared to the urban beaches of Kaspiysk (Dagestan), it is much worse here.
