Your employees are really allowed to manufacture medical drugs and they are so well versed in them that they can evaluate on behalf of your pharmacy "crude raw materials", "useless product", etc. The question was about Evalar products, whether they are available. To which, from an employee with traces of numerous cosmetic interventions, the answer was given with arrogance and disdain: "we do not sell their products because of poor quality, they have unrefined raw materials." Customer orientation is so-so. And I would like to see her diploma as a pharmacist, chemist or someone else who gives her the right to say so. Or they work for you as a percentage of sales, which immediately offer the most expensive drugs.
