I came here at 21:35. I was choosing a shirt without fitting it, just choosing to buy immediately. The two “consultants” were talking to each other . After two minutes they just called me out and told me the store will be close in 5 min(IT WAS ONLY 21:37 lol). So I told them that I will not fitting it , just buy. So they look at me if I had come to their house at the night 🫠 I think it’s better to go to another oysho even if it’s in Tbilisi. Because for inditex the stuff like this two just a shame

terrible service. there are really no questions about clothes, but after the attitude of the staff, there is no desire to buy anything. They didn't even let my husband stand next to the curtain in the dressing room and called him a bad person after we expressed our dissatisfaction with the current situation.

I came from Russia, I really expected that the same fate as the people from the reviews would await me. Consultants and a cashier girl, there were 3-5 people in total in the store. We've seen every one. We contacted the girl at the fitting room and at the checkout. Everything was fine) there is a very nice girl at the checkout. I don't know how I should have behaved and talked in order to have such an attitude towards you. The girl at the checkout spoke English very well, it was easy to get in touch) do not forget about basic politeness and respect towards people who were born here. Learn the banal "hello, thank you, goodbye." And yes, you can't go to the locker room in twos) you just can't. Especially a woman/man. We came here for trash, but in the end they didn't get rude to us (but at least they bought things.
