I made an order in the online store Aks-furniture, order No. 52380. On 02/18/2026 I came to pick up at Gabrovskaya 11B. I paid at the office, went to the warehouse, it's 11 degrees outside, it's cold. I rang the bell of the warehouse door, they looked out, took a piece of paper from me and went to collect my order. After a while, the door opened and they shoved two boxes and a package into my hands with my order. There is no place near the warehouse door to check the completeness, and to do this on the weight, even in the cold. I only checked in the car. The slimbox is not fully equipped and the mount is broken. I sent back a request to change one set of slimboxes. I was sent for a three-day complaint. But judging by the manager's tone, I think they'll make me the last one. The attitude towards the client is simply space. Discouraged all desire to contact them in the future
