A client of this bank, the work schedule is definitely not made for people, even if they work on Saturday, and then the schedule is when everyone is at work. The information kiosk they have in the building doesn't work all the time. There are constant queues in the department itself

The bank uses my money, but not me. When applying for the card, the employee "kicked herself in the chest" that there would be no charge for using the card. As a result, after 2 months of not using the card, my personal money was blocked for 8 days, while they themselves scrolled this amount for interest. What right does the bank have to use MY PERSONAL FUNDS for its own selfish purposes?
