My teenage son came by today to get a haircut. The master asked how it should be and if there was a photo of the last haircut. There was no photo. The master left, leaving the child just sitting in the chair. After 20 minutes, he returned and told me to leave because the next customer had arrived. As a result, my son never got his hair cut! What kind of service is this??? What kind of "specialists" work if they can't cut a teenager's hair??? Where can I leave a review in the book of comments and suggestions in order to receive a written response?

the customer orientation is at zero, the staff is impolite and they probably see human hair for the first time since they can't cut a person's hair properly, complete lack of competence, most likely all the masters learned to cut their hair at home on deceased relatives without negativity
