Впервые столкнулась с тем, что работник отказал в приемке письма для его отправки. Была пятница, 30.01.2026 и работник сказала, что письма принимаем до 16:00. Время было 16:38. Мое письмо отказалась принять и направила меня в другое почтовое отделение.. время ожидания следующий день с 10:00 до 16:00.

Ранее была в этом отделении, и сотрудники были. Сейчас видимо стало хуже, днем при очень маленьком количестве людей приходится очередь из 2-3 человек ждать по пол часа, ужасно медленное обслуживание.

Отделение большое, удобный график работы. Было бы хорошо, если бы больше окон работало. Загрузка большая и сотрудники с ней не справляются. Тем не менее, сотрудники вежливые, терпеливые, достаточно быстрые. Спасибо им за их труд.
