I went into the store, two women were sitting somewhere behind flowers, I did not see them, I only heard that one was talking either on the phone or with the second. I said hello, walked around the hall, looked, no one even got up and did not answer. Then she came up and addressed me, only then did they pay attention to me.
She said that she liked one of the bouquets but would like a different color of flowers, so that it would also be beautiful and similar, just different and without a rose. I was attacked, they say, so you want what's in your head. And how do I know how it will be better combined and look in the end, because I'm not a florist or a designer.
Okay, it seems to have been decided, collected. As a result, everything is OK on one side of the bouquet, and there are some holes on the other. It turned out ugly, I noticed when I had already moved away decently. I was upset because I took it as a gift to a friend.
Unfortunately, I lost the photo of the "bouquet". That's how I would attach this masterpiece.
And the price is higher than in other stores. That makes it even more annoying.

I decided to please my beloved with flowers, I was driving late, there were no special round-the-clock options - I jumped into a million of these roses. I didn't think for a long time, I decided to take roses. The lovely ladies at the counter vied with each other to assure that the roses were just from the Dutch side, the eye would be pleased for a long time, the delivery was just, well, shorter according to the standard. The result after two days in the water in the photo. 80p. down the drain, not a foot more and I do not recommend it to you. p.s. I read the reviews below, it turns out that the place is famous for this.))

The wedding anniversary was approaching a couple of weeks ago - 15 years. My husband works next to the store 1,000,000 Scarlet roses on Nemiga . After finishing his day at work, he went to this store to buy flowers for me. He pointed to a vase with beautiful roses, priced at 7 rubles apiece. The seller sent it to the cashier to pay for it. When he returned for the roses, they were already packed. When they came home, the whole family was simply shocked by the sight of these roses from what was packed: stems without a single leaf, sluggish heads of roses, complete lack of condition. This product was not for sale!!!!! The holiday was overshadowed. This situation did not leave me alone. I wanted to talk to the store's director. After entering the store , the sellers were eating at their workplaces , and there was a disgusting smell of food in the pavilion . When I asked them to invite the store's director, they replied that he was not there at the moment. I asked for his phone number, to which I received an answer - they don't have a phone number. And in case of fire or other emergencies, what is the connection with the administration????? The sellers asked me to leave my phone number and the director will definitely call me back. I think the sellers should have at least apologized!!!!! I've been waiting for a call from the director for 2 weeks now!!!
This is the most TERRIBLE pavilion in Minsk.
The sellers of the pavilion are striking by their boorish, undisciplined, not conscientious attitude and negligence to their direct duties.
And the director doesn't seem to care about all this and the treatment of customers!!!!!
My advice is TO AVOID THIS PAVILION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is clear that the store is around the clock, but poses for 8p apiece are too much, twice there was and twice the whole store did not smell flowers, but someone's warmed-up dog, it should not be like this

The most terrible flower shop in Minsk.
The sellers reluctantly looked up from watching videos on their phone to answer their questions. There is no question of any competent consultation.
The room is dirty, puddles, literally there is water.
Prices are higher than in similar stores.
