Tehur thermal springs (also known as Betlemi geysers). These are hydrogen sulfide springs on the banks of the Tehuri River. When leaving the ground, the water reaches a temperature of more than 80 °C, which makes it unsuitable for swimming. However, as it flows down the slope and mixes with river water, the temperature decreases. In places where thermal water collects in pebbles or forms small waterfalls, the temperature is about 37-38 °C — these are comfortable conditions for swimming. Tourists often take a "shower" from thin jets of thermal water flowing down to the river, or use improvised "baths", which they sometimes equip themselves by damming the stream of water. Some locals have equipped small paid pools (cost about 10 lari) where you can lie in hot water. The water from the springs forms an unusual white relief of carbonate deposits in some places - travertines. The sources are available to visit at any time. Admission is free, but there may be a charge for using the equipped pools. It is worth considering that there may be a lot of people here in the evenings and on weekends. You should also be careful when swimming in the river — the current can be strong and the water is icy - such a sharp temperature drop can negatively affect the vessels. You'll see three makeshift pools in the area - the one farthest from you is the coolest, we'll start with it - but, in secret, the water in it is already more than scalding;) the second is the middle one, where you can still be with all your willpower, and the third is sadomasochism, but you can try it out. If it's your first time, it's better not to stay in the pool for more than 10 minutes. If you have heart problems, it is better to refrain from bathing altogether.

It takes about 1.5 hours by car from Tskaltubo. It is better to arrive at 12-14 o'clock in the off-season: it is light, sunny, there is time to "dig in" and warm up. The water is hot and scalding from the source itself. Either you go to the local "entrepreneurs" who fenced off the pool and paved it with large stones and enjoy 20 minutes for 29-30 lari, or you dig yourself a hole in the pebbles on the shore and lie down until the evening. It is desirable to have a sapper shovel. I was told that the water is hydrogen sulfide, I don't know, it leaves yellow spots, then wash the swimsuit. It warms up perfectly.

there are houses with boiling water coming out of them, there is a tent with drinks and food + a changing room for 1 GEL. Going down the stairs there is a river with a stormy current and icy water. this boiling water flows down next to it, which becomes more or less comfortable in temperature.
