🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The perfect hotel is like coming home! We stayed here during a business trip. This is, without exaggeration, the best hotel in its class. The staff is incredibly friendly, caring and at the same time very professional. There were no communication problems: the staff were fluent in Russian and English, which was especially pleasant. The rooms are cleaned at the highest level: perfectly clean, fresh, high—quality. We had several questions about logistics and schedule — everything was resolved quickly, calmly and with participation. I would like to mention the girls working on the veranda separately: on the second day they remembered what kind of coffee we like and with what drinks — such little things create the feeling that you have returned home. I sincerely thank all the staff. You're amazing. The best hotel in its class. Very friendly and professional staff. There are no issues with communication — they speak excellent Russian and English. The room cleaning is done perfectly, with high quality and absolute cleanliness. We had several questions regarding logistics and scheduling — the staff handled everything brilliantly. The girls on the veranda remember how you take your coffee and what drinks you prefer — by the second day, it already feels like home. I love you all. I can't wait for our next meeting.

A cozy hotel with an incredible view of Tbilisi, Clean rooms, smiling, responsive staff, and they talked to us in Russian. In the evening, the families visited the hotel's restaurant, which has delicious cuisine and reasonable prices
