1) a parent was rudely not allowed to accompany a 5-year-old child on a New Year's holiday (the child was afraid to go alone). 2) there is no waiting room for parents when the children are on holiday (everyone was escorted to the stairs and outside in the rain, provided that the cost of the event is far from small, there is zero customer orientation). 3) there is no way to change into a costume or make up a child before the holiday, entrance is strictly 15 minutes before the start, and everyone changes under the stairs in the crowd and in the dark, or in a cafe next to the theater.

Amazing theater. At the performance, you completely forget that there are young teenagers on the stage. They touch on a lot of heavy, adult topics. And the theater school is great too.
