The best restaurant we’ve been to in Georgia - and one of the best I’ve been to in the world. We highly recommend the beans and the eggplant. Great prices, lots of seating, almost no wait time, DELICIOUS food!

The Georgian restaurant "Salobiye" (1967) is located on the right bank of the Kura River, on the Tbilisi-Mtskheta highway, near the village of Mukhatgverdi, near the monastery of Jvari (545) and the main dam of the Zemo-Avchalskaya hydroelectric power station (1927) . The restaurant "Salobiye" is famous throughout Georgia and beyond, according to for several reasons: 1. Authentic, national Georgian cuisine in exotic dishes. The restaurant was named after the Lobio dish (beans with walnuts, cilantro and other spicy herbs and spices), the taste of which has not changed since the restaurant was founded. Visiting this restaurant, you will say with a clear conscience - yes, I have tried real Georgian cuisine! I definitely recommend the Salobie restaurant to visit!
