We arrived at 10pm to have a drink in the veranda, and the waitress told us that it was not possible to order because veranda was closing at 11pm and they needed time to collect everything and clean. After complaining the waitress come back offering a compromise, we could have stayed at the table just if we ordered a bottle of champagne for 15k rubles. After a long winter it was the very first Friday of good weather, I was not expecting such treatment. By the way, the waitress was soooo in a hurry to clean the veranda that after 20 minutes we arrived, meantime we were trying to understand if they would have allowed us to order or not, he was not able to clean the table from the previous guests... These people do not deserve guests!

Очень разочарованы посещением. Место сильно распиарено, но по факту оказалось абсолютно посредственным. Еда самая обычная, при этом цены совсем не соответствуют качеству: что-то было пресным, что-то чрезмерно соленым и безвкусным. Например, тартар с лососем и авокадо это несколько кусочков авокадо и самый обычный мегасоленый лосось за 990 руб. Обслуживание просто на дне. К нам долго никто не подходил, кофе ждали около 15 минут, и все время приходилось буквально привлекать внимание официантов. При этом, когда в конце нас спросили о впечатлениях и мы честно сказали, что нам не понравилось, в ответ услышали: «Вы же видите, что вы здесь не одни, у нас много гостей». Такой комментарий от сотрудника считаю совершенно неуместным, тогда сокращайте колво посадочных мест или нанимайте больше людей. Наши ожидания были намного выше, но впечатление осталось крайне негативное

Used to love this place , but noethe service is terrible and food was just unbelievable. As a hot snack I got a super sweet cheese in some dishwater . And the door ti the lavatory doesn’t close
